We had the same problem with our F3 2 years ago. You might check the cylinder bars and the concave bars. Ours were shot, concaves wore flat in the center, cylinder bars had been turned already. We replaced the cylinder bars with a wide tooth hard surfaced set from St. John's Welding in Kansas, $600 for the set.
